AA Auto Care & Tire

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop. I originally brought my Ford Escape in because I was having transmission problems, but at the time I didn’t even know exactly what was wrong or whether the entire transmission actually needed to be replaced. I had spoken with other transmission shops and even looked into going through the Ford dealership, so I spent a lot of time comparing my options before deciding what to do. From the beginning, these guys were straightforward with me, very fair with the price, and treated me like family rather than just another customer. They took the time to explain the situation and ultimately replaced the transmission with a brand new transmission with a good warranty. The turnaround was incredible too. I dropped the car off Thursday and had it back by Tuesday. The difference is night and day, the car drives incredibly smooth now and honestly feels like a new car. When you’re dealing with a repair this major, finding people you feel like you can trust means a lot. I’m extremely grateful for how they took care of me and my car. Great work, fair pricing, fast turnaround, and genuinely good people. I 100% recommend this shop a

Came by after experiencing tire issues. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Went out of his way to figure out what was going on and once he found the issue he took pictures and brought me the information. I will definitely be doing business here again. Excellent customer service and very fast.

I had a great experience at this tire shop today. Jafar was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. From the moment I arrived, he treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive such honest and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service and a business that truly values its customers. Thank you, Jafar, for making my experience such a positive one!

AA Auto Care has been amazing to work with. Honest, professional, and super knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, gave fair pricing, and got my car taken care of quickly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can actually trust, but these guys definitely earned my business. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable auto care in Houston!

I've been going to AA Auto Care & Tire with my BMW for years, and it's always been good, but under the new management it's become GREAT! The new facilities are clean and inviting, and Jafar works really hard to keep prices low, service high quality and transparent, and customers happy. You can tell that he and his staff really love cars and put care into their work. I appreciate that he always takes time to explain everything in detail so that I can make the best decision for any issue. I trust this place 100% and highly recommend it.
